kWeld Case with vents and knob

The original kWeld case was hard to print and I wanted some tighter tolerances. I also added a knob and vents.

It uses the standoffs that come with the kWeld and 4x M3 20mm screws(the screws at the back can be longer) to mount the pcb. The case screws together with heat inserts the dimensions are: M3 Diameter 5mm x Length 3.8mm. Four rubber feet are also recommended so it doesn’t slide around.

The bottom part doesn’t require supports the holes are self-supporting. The top does require supports. I recommend using the organic supports in PrusaSlicer. The knob needs to be printed upside down.

I used PETG, a .6 nozzle and .2 layer height.
