Sometimes I feel like I'm the only person in the world with an Alfawise U20 One. Superficially similar to the Alfawise U20, it really is quite different - different board, different wiring harness, different hotbed, different y-carriage layout. Don't get me wrong, it's not been a bad machine, but… few upgrades seem to fit, even those for the U20.
After my heated bed finally failed (there is no strain relief for the cable which absolutely will fail as a result), I installed an Anet A6 Plus heated bed (because you can't get U20 One hotbeds, and the U20 part doesn't fit as it is 30mm wider!) and printed this strain relief for it - just in ordinary PLA. It bolts to the y-carriage bed (single M3 bolt and nut) and doesn't come into contact with any ‘hot’ parts, and is working absolutely fine so far (maybe 40 hours of printing since installation). I just ziptied the cable down as per the photo, and there seems to be no flexing against the connector/joints.
For best results, print it on its side. You will need supports for the bolt slot (sorry); I used tree supports from bed only and they came off with no trouble.
