Bowen Tube Magnetic Coupler

Minimalist and compact magnetic bowden tube (OD 4mm) coupler. Uses E3D style bowden collet and clip. No screw-in adapter required.

Printing

• PLA should be fine
• No supports required

Other required items

• Magnets - 6mm diameter / 3mm thickness
• Bowden collet & clip (refer to photos). Should be available in many 3d printer supplies vendors

Installation

• Print two and install magnets of opposite poles for each to create the coupling
• Apply a few dabs of super glue to secure the magnets
