Powertec dust hose connector

In an effort to make dust collection easier and faster in my shop, I set a goal to have a quick connect/disconnect setup where I can leave the couplers on my tools, and can simply switch the hose from one tool to the next. After reviewing a few different options, I settled on the Powertec dust collection hose kit (#70257). It has the most straight forward design out of all the setups out there.

I modeled this as a 2 part setup:

1. the basic coupler, which handles connection to the hose. Printed from pretty much any type of filament (I used ABS, but PLA will work fine, too)
2. a size adapter, which tapers from the diameter of the coupler, to the diameter of a tool's dust port. This should be printed in TPU.

The majority of the adapters are based on outer diameter of the various dust ports (mostly because that's what works best for the tools I'm working with). Currently, I have created adapters for the following sizes:

• 1" tool dust port OD
• 1" tool dust port ID
• 27mm tool dust port OD
• 40mm tool dust port OD
• 1.5" tool dust port OD
• 1-25/64" tool dust port OD
• 2.5" tool dust port OD

The coupler should be printed with supports. Adapters do not require supports.
