Replacement faceplate for Nest video doorbell

I recently had to take my Nest video doorbell (wired) apart to replace the battery, as it would die whenever someone rang the doorbell. The faceplate had been quite damaged by exposure to the afternoon sun, so I figured while I had it taken apart I'd measure it up in case anyone else wanted it.
