Battery clamp for Ozark Trail BT speaker+lamp combo

New battery clamp to replace the stock one inside the Ozark Trail BT speaker + lamp combo P/N: 20649

I had dropped my lamp while fishing and it proceeded to stop working and start making a horrible rattle/clunking. When I opened it up I discovered the OEM battery clamp was very flimsy and had snapped at the connection point to the main body allowing the battery to move around the compartment and ultimately unplug itself.

Being a tinkerer and 3d printer I designed a new clamp based off of the original design but beefed up a little bit. it clips over the mounting posts now as well as being reinforced to (hopefully) reduce the chance of this occurring again.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREWS as the walls for the main body mounts are quite small/thin.

Print instructions

Print at 0.2 layer height with very mild supports all dependent on which way you decide to orient it.

I used 10% infill but it really does not matter as this part will be comprised of mainly all shell layers.

As always lower speed will net you a nicer end result but it worked just fine with the speed cranked up to 90mm/s YMMV.
