Please note the flashlight holder has small tab at the end. The flashlight has something that looks like a radiator at the collar. That's where the tab goes. You'll need to slightly bend the ring to make it fit in, but afterwards it's solid even without the screw.
You'll have to print both parts, you can choose to screw to plastic or use heat inserts. It's not ideal for heat inserts (yet) but they do fit as there's some place at the end of the hole for molten plastic.
Flashlight is tilted at 10 degrees. So you can position the mount exactly vertically and it will shine on your path instead of right in front of you.
Print in same orientation as the parts go (especially the holder part, with the tab).
I've printed it with ASA
0.2 layer height.
