I bought my Saturn 2 in Feb. 2023. I tried a few of the Drip Arms and they did not quite fit properly or securely. When placing and removing the build tray, the drip arm would come off with the tray. There was some odd fumbling around w/ a dripping tray. Not fun.

So I semi-rebuilt the Drip Arm to secure it using set screws. This new tray is a snug fit into the Z-Axis arm. The addition of set screws make it rock solid. Don't over-tighten the set screws.

I made another improvement by fluting the Build Plate arm. This reduces the friction when removing the build tray.

Please note: I built this using Fusion 360 in inches. When importing into Lychee or Chitubox slicers, you have to scale the model by 2540%.

I am posting two versions. The version w/ the holes is to use less resin… and it looks bad-a$$.

The set screws I use are ¼-20 by 5/8" long:
