A customizable Arrow of Light award for Cub Scouts.
Everything was printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill (gyroid) at 250mm/s on an AnkerMake M5. No supports or brims are needed.
Adhesion Issues?
Try printing with a 8-10mm brim.
Quality Issues?
Try printing at a slower speed (start decreasing the speed by 10-15mm/s).
Here are all the parts for the award. I've included the filament color and type next to each part, along with what layer I switched filament colors at.
Use the “Name Plate Template.f3d” to create the Name Plate.
Print each of the parts listed in the parts list above. Once everything has been printed, you can start putting together the award. I recommend using Super Glue on everything to hold it together.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
