NVG Ballcap Mount

Inspired by the Warthog mount, but is not parts compatible. Cool simple mount for when you don’t want to bother with a full helmet setup, or for just chillin in the dark. 
 

I modeled this for use with the PVS 69s, but I believe it should work with any Wilcox dovetail. Best used if you have a hat with a loop side Velcro patch, and slap a hook side pice on the back of the mount. Helps with stability a great deal. Only other hardware is a M4 bolt and threaded insert. This is something that can be easily modified to fit hardware you have on hand. 
 

Obviously not for serious use, I wouldn’t recommend strapping expensive tubes on this and running around like a maniac. But really nice for a simple setup. 
 

I printed the mount standing up in the tallest configuration and the Key flat on the bed. Bed adhesion for the mount is important, consider gluestick. I did 100% infill for both, but that’s up to you.
