More enclosed body for ratchet toothpaste squeezer

I really liked the toothpaste squeezer but found the body to be uncomfortable to hold and prone to cracking if squeezed too hard. This body is more enclosed, making it much stiffer and comfortable. It is also about 1mm taller for better fitment.
