My main spool holder was not durable when printed. So I have splitted it and all parts are printed horizontally. To connect them all, you'll need M3 brass inserts (3x4x3, IDxODxHeight). You don't need support as all parts have its own support on model. Do not forget to remove them after printing.

Because I couldn't print the stock shafts horizontally, I have redesigned them and now they can easily be printed horizontally.

Also my worm gear was wobbling. So, to make the worm gear mechanism more durable, I have used 8mm steel shaft for it and redesigned the worm gear and 25T gear for it. Worm gear is printed vertically with recycled bottle PET filament, 0.1mm layer height and %60 fan on. To let the part cool, I have printed another long part with it. All step files are included.

Blue parts are printed from recycled bottle PET filament

Yellow parts are printed from an ordinary PLA filament.

NOTE: My method when the top of the insert doesn't allow to use soldering iron:
1. Take a longer screw that covers the hole of the insert.

2. Take a suitable washer (preferably a thicker one, you'll use it to protect the plastic part when screwing)

3. Insert the screw through the screw hole with washer and place the brass insert on the opposite site

4. Hold the insert firmly with a tweezer or something similar to not to allow it to turn.

5. Turn the screw and grab the insert with screw, continue to turning the screw and force it until the brass insert totally gets in its hole. I know, with this method, insert may not bond to the plastic totally but with this remix model, a perfect bonding is not needed. If you want a good bond, you can apply a little CA to the wall of the insert before placing it to its hole.
