Dyson V7/V8 Battery Adapter for Ridgid / AEG Batteries

This is a remix of DysonOBI from TeachingTech. It allows a Ridgid Battery Adapter from Amazon to be affixed to the Dyson V7 or V8 vacuum. It may fit others.

You will need the following:

-Ridgid AEG 18V Hyper li-ion Battery DIY Dock
-Female Disconnects 12-10 AWG, 0.375 inch
-M3 Screws & Nuts

You can re-use the wire and switch from the DIY dock. You will lose the ability to use the switch on the Dyson vacuum itself and will turn on the vacuum from the switch on the battery adapter.

Ensure the polarity is correct before connecting a battery and using. Use some heat shrink tubing to ensure the spade connectors cannot short against one another.
