Spurred Thumbnut - M4 Bolt Version

Used my neat rotary encoder wheel design to make a thumbnut for a recent project. Designed around an M4 bolt with a 7mm hex head. May be a tight fit depending on tolerances, I used a soldering iron to seat mine like a heatset. Step file included for easy modification.
