改進外殼卡榫的固定孔位
除去支撐需求
縮減電池預留間隙,減少電池晃動
增強螺絲柱的強度
可裝四或八顆 18650 電芯。可裝進 gogoro 原廠小電池外殼,並且符合內部的卡榫位置。螺絲用原廠電池支架上的即可。
列印方向如圖七所示,不需支撐。線路圖如圖八所示。
原廠使用來自「山東精工」的 HTCFR18650-1500mAh-3.2V 電芯
請務必使用 3.2V 磷酸鋰鐵電芯!
接頭為 04R-JWPF-VSLE-S,更換電芯不會動到
可加上被動均衡板子,但在這種小電流使用方式並非必要,只是當電芯品質不一(小電池主要死因)時可以緩解問題。
主動均衡板的靜態耗電過高,而且不會有任何額外好處。
沒有需要加保護板,車載 MCU 已經有類似功能。單一電芯失衡時,保護板什麼都做不了。

Hold up to eight 18650 cells, fit in gogoro's original auxiliary battery casing, also using the two screws from the original bracket.
Printing direction shown in the 7th picture, no support needed.

Original cells: HTCFR18650-1500mAh-3.2V by Shandong Goldencell
LiFePO4 3.2V cells only!
Connector: 04R-JWPF-VSLE-S (no need to replace)
A passive battery balancing circuit is recommended to extend the lifespan of the cells, but not necessary since it's not a heavy-duty condition.
The active circuit drained too much while idle and won't benefit anything.
A protection circuit isn't needed, the MCU already has the same function built-in.
