Planetary Gear - Big Boy Size 180mm! - print in place - pip

Big boy ( girls ) sized planetary gear. Print in place with 3mf file.
Just load it - layer height I recomment 0.2mm but higher also works - and print it :)

It can be printed on every printer with a printbed size of 200x200mm. Height is 30mm so this should be on no printer a problem.

I printed it in PLA and PETG and both work, but while PETG is softer, the outer ring was much more flexible and I was able to disasemble the whole gear with only low force. So I recommend using a stiff type of filament like PLA , PLA+….

A friend printed it and had little problems with the planet bracket, so I made another one which is a little bit smaller, but normally should not be necessary!

1x PlanetaryGear_DM4DS_V2.3mf - this is the complete planetary gear

if you want really use it as gear, you can print also:
1x PlanetaryGear_DM4DS_v2_planets_braket_88.5mm
1x PlanetaryGear_DM4DS_v2_sun_braket
1x PlanetaryGear_DM4DS_v2_hohl_braket

if you feel that the planets are pushed too far out, you can print one of the following planets_brakets:
1x PlanetaryGear_DM4DS_v2_planets_braket_87.75mm
or
1x PlanetaryGear_DM4DS_v2_planets_braket_87mm
