This is a remix of the the original lack table antivibration feet by joey (found here: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/13529-tpu-feet-for-the-ikea-lack-tables-enclosure). Thank you joey!
This version increases the width of the material between the bottom of the lack table leg and the beginning of the concentric circles... this adds a 3mm section that can be filled with infill for additional vibration dampening. I also deepened the socket that the lack table leg fits into in order to make the fit more secure. Finally I beveled the edges of the socket to make it easier to fit over the lack table leg.
Design revised in Designspark Mechanical.
Print in TPU or TPE at 10-20% gyroid infill (percentage dependent on the shore hardness of the material, softer materials will need higher infill).
I printed mine in TPE (Shore hardness of 80A) at 15% gyroid infill (as a point of reference). They came out well and work great!
Print slow, disable retraction, and make sure to loosen the idler on your mk3s if that is what you are using, its a long print for a set of 4 and you don't want kinks 10 hours in.
