Creality Ender 3 PRO & V2 SD Card Adapter Housing Remix

Modified the original housing to fit the creality micro sd card extender. 
Moved the opening to the top.
Added a better mounting system to hold the card reader in place.
Added optional clip. I didn't use it but its there.
