Needed to get the last bit of water out of the pool before fall and the pump was sucking air through the open end of the hose with too much water left behind for evaporation to handle.
I used a garden hose male that I found on Thingiverse somewhere and added a flat plate w/ 6 4mm channels feeding the center. It might need the channels to be a little smaller, but it let me get enough water out that the rest evaporated before it had time to get yucky.
