Chair Adapter for anti-skid disc

Update: Added v2 with rounded corners where toes might hit them.

Made this because our armchair kept sliding off the anti-skid discs. Front legs are round, but rear are not. Crazy, right?

The chair leg is about 39mm across and fits with just a little clearance.

My printer bridged the opening printed w/ the square side on the build plate, YMMV. STL orientation is upside down as I drafted it right-side up before I decided on how to print it.
