Sony Bravia TV Remote Push-Click mount

Remix of the Google Chromecast TV Remote Push-Click Mount so that it will fit a Sony Bravia remote or easily change the holder to fit whatever remote you want.

Routs and Rods files are the same as the original. The main differences are the following:

• Holder
  • I needed to change the dimensions for my Sony Bravia remote. I uploaded this file as a .3mf file so you can make changes to fit your remote's dimensions just by using the PrusaSlicer :) 
• Spike
  • I added a small top to the tip of the spike so that it has less chance of popping up and becoming out of place under the stress of the springs. This remix added a cross beam to the holder to fix this issue, but I didn't want to reprint my holder. Both should work depending on which stage of printing you're in. 

I used the recommended print settings from the original and it works like a charm! The only difference is that I use PETG instead of PLA to make it a little bit more durable.

  • 40% Infill
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Support material for screw eyelets
  • Print on large flat base
• Rout
  • 20-40% Infill
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • No support material needed
  • Print on large flat base
• Rods
  • 60% Infill
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Support material required
  • For strength, print this on it's side with both rods stretching horizontally with support material
• Spike
  • 90% Infill
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Support material required
  • For strength, it's very important that this is printed on it's thin long side with the little bit poking out to the side using support material
