Folgertech FT5 Makerbot Hot End Duct

Most FolgerTech FT5s I've seen have the Titan Aero - but 3D Print Orlando had to repair an FT5 this week with a Makerbot style hot end.  This uses the Right-side makerbot extruder, and places the threaded heat break on the left so that everything can be mounted appropriately.  Any design work that I do for repairing customer machines I try to upload here so that if they need the parts in the future, or if someone else has a machine similar, they can benefit from the work as well.

Best to print this in ABS/ASA, as it does interact with hotter portions of the assembly, mainly the heatbreak block/cold end.
