Follow the instructional youtube video link below to do this lesson. It needs a computer with an internet connection, Prusa Slicer software (free from link here ……) and a Prusa Mini 3D printer.

Time estimated at total of 1 ½ hours broken up as 30 mins to watch video, 30 mins on computer preparing model for 3D printing and 30 mins to 3D print (you only have to watch the first 3 minutes then collect 3D print at the end).

If you do not have a 3D printer and/or Computer you can go to Cape Breton University Library and use the computers and 3D printers (Prusa Mini+) there. It costs 10 cents/gram in filament so each of these 3D prints cost less than $1.  The library website with instructional videos, links to prusa slicer and the booking page is https://libguides.cbu.ca/c.php?g=725379. It is recommended you book the 3D printer in advance to ensure it is available for when you come to the library.
