I recently got asked to run sound for a local high school and they had a couple body packs that had broken battery doors rendering the pack useless. Desperate for a few extra mics I decided to make a replacement door myself. These are small and easy to print.

I realized recently that some 9V batteries are longer in height than others and can make the printed part fit tight. I added another version with a shorter pad to accommodate this. I also added a version with no pad so you can use your own solution (piece of Velcro, tape, etc)

I printed mine with 100% infill and supports for build plate only in PLA. PETG would also be a good option but PLA is plenty sturdy and easier to print.

You'll notice my design doesn't have the clip on one side. I originally designed mine with it but found it didn't really need it.

You'll want to make sure you're printer is calibrated so these fit ok as the tolerances are pretty tight. Wasn't an issue on my MK3S+.
