This is a bracket to mount a Pi4 in an aluminum Armor Case on the Original Prusa Enclosure. You need:

  • 1 spare M3 nut that will go into the center of the bracket
  • 1 spare screw M3x8 to attach the bracket
  • 4 screws M2.5x22 to attach the Armor Case to the bracket (these are longer than the ones that came with the Armor Case)
  • The print of the bracket and 4 spacers

Put each M2.5x22 screw through a hole of the bracket, then through a spacer, round side first, the rectangular side of the spacer fits between the cooling fins on the case. Do not forget to put the M3 nut into the recess in the middle of the bracket before attaching it to the Armor Case. Tighten the 4 M2.5x22 screws. Then put the M3x8 screw through a free hole in the middle of one of the profiles of the enclosure and attach the bracket.

Update 2024/3/8: Added a version of the bracket that can be mounted anywhere on the enclosure profiles, not just at a 45° angle. I removed one of the extrusions on the bottom of the bracket and now it will fit everywhere. It is the file ending in V3.
