Horizontal Ceiling Spool Holder

This is a ceiling mounted spool holder especially for places with restricted space. The spool can be mounted and unmounted with only about 15mm of space underneath the spool holder. The spool rests on a disc that rides on the ball bearings for a smooth rolling action.

Is is recommended to use a PTFE tube long enought to reach all the way onto the spool itself.

The holes and grooves in the lower part are for getting a good grip when screwing the holder with the spool on it into the top part.

The inner thread of the top mount is already shrunk by 5% for a good thread fitting.

min. inner diameter: 50mm
max. width: 80mm

Hardware

• 5x 625 ball bearing
• 5x M5 hex nut 
• 5x M5 20-30mm socket head screw

The M5 screws can be any length in the given range.

• 3x 3-4mm counter sunk screw

The counter sunk screws are ment for usual wood screws. It's also possible to use other 3-4mm screws.
