Folding Cup Holder

A simple cup holder that can fold up out of the way when not in use

I designed it to be screwed to different mounts depending on what/where it was going, i havnt finished my mounts yet but you can easily make one for where ever you want to put it, the hole centres are 45.4mm apart and 3.8mm for M4 screws

Assembly:

slot the rings in to the body and slide in the pins taking note of the locking tabs on the body, then get 2 M4 screws 6-28mm long, i used 26mm to add strength to the pins, place an endcap on each and screw them in to the pins, adjust tightness to desired tension to hold the rings vertically

Print Settings:

All items printed together, standard Cura settings for PLA or PETG, 0.4/0.6mm nozzle, standard quality preset (0.2mm) unless specified

4 walls (0.4mm nozzle)/ 3 walls (0.6mm nozzle)

5 top and bottom layers

20-25% infill
