Ikea lampshade adaptor

having brought home a Brunsta lamp shade realised we need an adaptor so it could fit onto our exsiting light fitings that have a 30mm opening rather than ~41mm. We already had some that clip onto a flat inner edge but the Brunsta has a lip on the inner edge preventing those fitting. 

Quick measure of the opening and modeled in Solidedge and there we have it.
