Fisher Price Record Player Replacement Discs

This is a design for the 5 discs used with the Fisher Price Record Player toy music box.

The kids at my son's daycare had lost all but one of the discs, so I decided to print them new ones.

I included the FreeCAD source if you'd like to make your own or tweak the design!

Printing notes:

Must be printed with supports enabled.

If using Cura to slice the model, I recommend these settings:

• Limit Support Retractions = No
• Support Interface Density = 40%
• Support Interface Pattern = Zig Zag
• Top/Bottom Pattern = Lines
• Top/Bottom Line Directions = [135, 45]

The last setting is important to make sure the lines on the shell bottom aren't parrallel to the support interface lines to minimize droop.
