5015 Blower to 40 mm Radial Fan adapter

This is a 5015 Blower to 40 mm Radial Fan adapter for use with hot end coolers.  Until the Noctua 24v 40mm fans come out late 2023, I needed something easy to replace, where noise wasn't a concern as the printer is in an enclosure.

I tried to get the blower as low as possible for hot end cooling. The printer being used is a Geeetech A10M with aftermarket 40mm hot end mount.  There was a Noctua 12 V with buck converter but didn't blow enough air to cool, and I was getting some heat creep. 

There are 2 designs, the first is having the blower as close to the 40mm as possible.  The second is 10mm longer, as I need some clearance for the part cooling fan.
