I was designing a housing for a RaspberryPi 4 and wanted a simple reference model to design the housing around, so I created this.
For me it worked great, the real RaspberryPi 4 board did fit like a glove to the designed housing which is based on this model.
You can find the model of my housing here:

When designing your housing keep in mind that the printed parts shrink very slightly. Normally that is not a real factor, but for the distance of the mounting holes for example, you may want to compensate for that in your housing. I did some reference measurements and found that the typical shrinking factor for Prusament PETG, printed on a Prusa i3 Mk3S, is about 0.4%. So you need to increase your mounting hole distances by a factor of 1.004, which gets you to roughly 0.2mm added distance between the monting holes.
The recommended usage of this model is for reference when you design a housing, not for printing.
If you insist in printing this, I do not recommend to print it in the orientation that I uploaded. Due to the microSD card on the bottom side, you would need a complete layer of supports. If you print it for fun, I propose to cut the microSD card away in Prusaslicer, then it should print nicely. (If you want it complete, print the microSD card separately and clue it on afterwards).
For reference and to satisfy this page I have uploaded the gcode of the model without the microSD, so it should be printable with only very little supports, but I did not test it so far.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
