Prusa Bear 2.1 - Z Top Right for Reverse Bowden

I modified Grégoire Saunier's version of z_tops.stl to add the ability for a M6 threaded quick connect fitting for a reverse bowden setup.

This works really well with cimoalpacino's spool holder:

Print instructions

Print with the same settings as default for the z_tops.stl version which are:
0.2mm layer height
20% infill (Gyroid)
4 perimeters
5 top and bottom layers.
