PDFThis jig is designed to give a perfect fit for the Everbilt 3-1/2in w 1/4in Radius Hinge.
The jig works with the Porter Cable Router Template Guide 42054 (¼in I.D. and 5/16in O.D.) and Whiteside RU1800 Standard Spiral Upcut Bit 3/16in cutting diameter with 3/4in cutting length. Print jig then attach extension wings. Use wings to clamp to the surface of the door and door jam. The jig has a centerline so all you have to do is measure, mark, and line up the jig.
