I wish you'd upload a .STEP file so I could easily remix the propeller. it prints with a single .02 line of filament and its very weak. I'd like at least double wide for a bit more durability.

@Steeev_2405379 Ah, I see you are using a 0.6mm nozzle. 0.6 do by default have wider extrusion width, so that was why you was only able to get one perimeter. This was designed for standard 0.4mm nozzle
@agepbiz Makes sense I suppose I assumed that the layer height took care of this, but I wasn't accounting for layer width. When I switch to a .4mm nozzle setting it does indeed slice with 2 layers. Thank you for turning me onto the culprit.

Works very well, needed a bit of motivation at first to make it work but now it seems smooth :)
flies really high, i keep losing the blades but its fine since they only take 15 mins to print
I printed all parts in one go at first.
But the gear part didn't come out properly. Think to reduce the speed for this part in your slicer.
Printed it alone and came out nicely. [Speed limited by time passed on layer].
