Hotend mount for E3D v6 and compatible hotends for the MINI

Based on the work of Tom Wilkie (see https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/31006-prusa-mini-v6-hotend-adapter ), I adapted the design with reinforcements for the hex nut holes, a sturdier, better printable cooling air duct and a more solid bracket for the v6.
Origina Minda holder to be used.
