This phone holder parts adapt a mobile phone of around 72mm width to a 18mm ball from my generic ball joint eco system. Whatever counter part you have facing a 18mm ball, will fit to this holder.
The generic ball joint eco system can be found here:

The counter part shown in the picture, that provides a 18mm ball connection to a Audi car vent fixture, can be found here:

All parts can be printed without supports in the uploaded orientation. I recommend at least 4 perimeters, to make the parts strong. About 25% infill should be fine then.
The only significant step in the assembly process it so glue the ball pan to the Z shaped bar. If you printed this design from PLA, superglue will clearly be your choice. PETG is a bit difficult to glue (due it's low surface energy), but thanks to the large flat gluing area, that will also work fine with the right glue. I have found that hot glue gives extremely strong connections on PETG if the area is large enough. The ideal glue for this application (for in-car usage, where it can get quite warm) is special hot-temperature hot-glue, but normal hot-glue should also work ok.
All other parts can simply be put together as shown in the photos.
