Crystal Lamp with WLED

Very cool! Although, I didn’t have an LED ring, but I did have a pile of NeoPixels, so I fabricated my own ring. I just laid the individual NeoPixels along the groove, lined them up perfectly, then applied a piece of wide painters tape to maintain the shape. That made it easy to solder the stiff wire while maintaining the shape!

The base isn’t quite tall enough inside to house the particular voltage regulator module, so the cover is about 2mm away from the inside rim. I plan to modify the cover to have some depth, and may share it as a remix.
