LORA Mail Boombox on Github

A full scale LORA Mailbox. It's a unique model redesigned from scratch but wanted to give Brent Rubell a nod for the idea. When the LORA mailbox at the street is opened it will notify the LORA transceiver (paired node) in this mailbox.

It flashes a rainbow of light using neopixels and plays a random mp3 to notify me (AOL's You've Got Mail for example). Inside is also a bluetooth classic receiver plugged into a 20W amplifier so I can stream tunes from my phone.

The front plates have mounting holes designed for a specific set of 10W 4-ohm speakers so if you're going to make this with different speakers you might want to modify the mounting holes.

Attempted to add a hole for a magnetic clasp at the top of each face plate. Messed up and put it in the wrong location. Oops.

The flag is mounted using an M2.5x10mm screw and washer that were heat inserted into the middle of the flag. The screw protrudes through into the servo. The metal gear servo has M2.5 threading. The heat inserted washer keeps things nice and tight.
