Here is my version of Ahsoka Tano's lightsabers from her live action debut in Star Wars The Mandalorian. These were based on reference photos of behind the scenes props and screen captures.

The colors are interesting--the offhand body is supposed to be a darker silver with a silver emitter dish, while the main body is a lighter silver with a gold dish. The body colors are inverted on the side panels with the diamonds, which use color swapping to get the two-tone effect.

Includes split versions of the bodies for flat printing, using connectors for alignment.

Update February 10 2024 - Added a version of the tag with the โ€˜Ahsokaโ€™ series title and her symbol instead of โ€˜The Mandalorianโ€™ and the mythosaur symbol.

Update September 7 2023 - For the new Ahsoka series tag, NeverCountry remixed one here: https://www.printables.com/model/574625-new-plate-for-ashokas-lightsaber-stand

Update August 21 2023 - Based on some good photos of the actual prop, added some updated v2 parts that should look more accurate. They are available as a zip file.

  • Side panels had the diamonds adjusted
  • Activator button resized
  • Offhand had O-ring shape adjusted
  • Emitter dish and casing were adjusted for better shape and look
  • Emitters for both hilts were updated reflecting photos of the props on display
  • Emitter and pommel bands were thinned out
  • Pommel was adjusted for more accurate banding and bottom surface
  • Pommel clip was split to accommodate a wider clip to hold the D ring. Use brim for D ring clip if you have problems with adhesion.

Update August 8 2023 - Added belt clips that work nicely with the D rings. Let me know if they need to be wider on the belt side.

Update March 18 2023 - added a display stand that shows them horizontally. It is a little tall but looks awesome. Requires a little more material than usual for my display stands but I wanted to see how nice a sturdier stand would be.

Use color swapping to achieve different colors by layer. https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/color-change_1687
