Battery Cover for Wavebird Gamecube Controller

After many months of dealing with a taped down battery cover, I finally sat down and made this replacement. I tried to best mimic the “spring latch” on the original cover, while still thickening the overall shape to extend it's life. Many other Wavebird battery covers have opted for shorter “print friendly” shapes that end up being impossible to remove once attached to the controller. This latch seems to resolve that issue.

Prints pretty well when laid on its side with minimal supports around the latch. I printed mine at 20% infill, with the “add extra perimeters when needed” to ensure that the latch is sufficiently solid and it came out well.
