Build at 0.2 layer height for thread to be printed correctly, I would suggest using ASA, PETG or PC. The support disc to screw is a push-in, clip-in ball joint socket. Also clean the threads after print before assembly. Also support disc is installed after threading the screw into the C Clamp.
