The round rod made of wood or plastic as well as the sleeve for the end of the rod are available at any major hardware store.
When printing the mouth holder yourself, make sure that you print with a small layer height (≦ 0.1mm) and a PLA plastic without additives to keep it as food safe as possible. The small layer height prevents nucleation in the grooves. The fixture should also be cleaned regularly with water.
Filament:
PLA, white or PETG
Attention: Use a filament that is food safe or at least does not contain any toxic additives.
