Ender 3 Stealthburner mount-fixed hole diameters

I really like the original design which I used for my own ender 3 stealthburner mod, but the hole for the m3 threaded inserts where too big which led to the inserts coming lose when tightening. On this remix I have made the diameter to 4mm instead of the previous 4.8mm
