A Fan to slip onto an ER11-A Collet Type Nut from below to act as an Ultra Low Budget Chip Evacuator using the Fans Downdraft. When properly installed the Top of the Fan should be flush with the Top of the Nut.
The Fan should work as a Friction Fit to stay onto the Nut while it's not spinning.
Once it does spin it should naturally be pushed up while pulling Air down.
A Word of Caution:
This should be printed as solid as possible with as many Perimeters you can fit into it.
Id normally suggest printing with Random Seam placement to prevent a localized Weak Spot from forming but considering the terrible Finish you'd get out of that the choice is up for debate.
In any case this will spin at up to 24'000rpm depending on the Router/Spindle that you're using so caution when using it is advised! - Consider installing a Polycarbonate Shield between you and it to prevent the shards of a disintegrated Fan from sending you to the ER.
