Case for JacobsParts 48W Dual USB QC 3.0 Fast Charge Modules

This is a simple case for the "JacobsParts 48W Dual USB QC 3.0 Fast Charge Step-Down Buck Module Power 12V 24V DC Input". The case uses two modules stacked onto each other using standoffs. The standoffs work as power conduits between the two. You only need to solder one module to the barrel plug.

Print at 0.15mm layer height and 0.35mm layer width (important for letter fidelity). No supports.

Parts

• Use (4) M2.5x8 screws like these (socket head) for the case. M2.5x10 will also work.
• Use (4) M2.5x10 standoffs like from this set for the modules.
• Use (8) M2.5x6 screws (included in set from above) for the modules.
• Use (1) Barrel plug like these.
• Use wire to solder the barrel plug to the bottom module with at least 18awg wire (to handle 96W).
