Gridfinity base for 1" on center pegboard

This is a fully parametric remix of the  Gridfinity Magnet Light Baseplate by RIP_Plo-Koon (https://www.printables.com/model/250550).
I added a parametric "back panel with pegboard hooks" for 1/4" thick, 1" on center hole pegboard.
It seems to work best with a an odd integer for 'PB_Length' (number of holes to span) and a 'PB_Multiple' of 2 (pegs in every 2nd hole).
