These are replacement brackets for the 8mm linear rod used on the Y axis of the Anet E10, E12, and E16.
They are open ended which allows you to use longer linear rods if needed. I have 500mm rods on mine and they sit flush on the front and back of the printer frame. You can use an M3 nut and screw (18mm+) to hold the rods in place and prevent movement if your print tolerances aren't tight enough to hold them from friction alone.
I recreated these from some old STL I found that doesn't seem to exist on thingiverse any longer and added countersunk holes so you can use shorter countersunk screws if you want.
You'll need 3 of the standard Y rod holders and 1 with the end stop. Print without supports, and clean up the holes with a drill if needed.
If you print with generated supports you'll likely weld the seam together with support material.
