I printed the quick release part on a 0.6 nozzle with 0.35mm layer height just for the speed. 0.4 nozzle with 0.2mm would do fine too.
The paddle part I printed with a 0.4mm nozzle with 0.15mm layer height, as the top is quite thin.
I used Polymaker PolyTerra PLA as it's a bit more flexible and should give a longer life. The neodymium magnets are generic ones which can be found on Amazon. They measure 10x10mm (actually slightly less) and have a thickness of 3mm. I used crazy glue but you need to force them into the holes, friction alone should already hold them enough. Warm the PLA a bit to make it easier. Don't heat the magnets as they will loose force I've been told.
First mount the parts for the quick release, you need a slightly longer M4 bolt for that. Then mount the paddle parts using double adhesive tape.
I used a small piece of velvet foil to dampen the sound of the magnets colliding a bit as not to annoy my family (and I'm racing with headphones anyway)
