I like traditional desk drawer trays. Simple, lives at the front, holds my pens or my allen keys for my nearby printer etc. I modelled these after the old school kind but realised that the drawers are two different sizes where the fascia meets the sides. The smaller drawer is actually larger here, but with less room below it.
Once you print one of these you will see what I was aiming for, or looking at the dimensions of your drawers. So, the small drawer gets two sizes. Large drawer gets one lower sitting tray.
Look at the picture of the yellow tray and see how the small drawer print sits proud at the front in a large drawer. You can see the tray from outside. The alex_large_drawer_tray.stl sits lower to “hide” it.
alex_tray_small.stl allows a typical pen organiser or cutlery tray to slide under it. Mine from the Container Store is 44mm high. Slides right under this tray. I don't own an Ikea UPPDATERA or STÖDJA, but at 45mm it may just fit. If not, lower your STL in your slicer 1 or 2 mm and you are good to go.
