SV06 Plus Fan Duct Regular Volcano

Use volcano nozzles in your sv06 plus.

It’s basically just meant to be a quick & simple no-frills stock unit replacement to allow you to install & use regular volcano nozzles. It’s meant to just get you printing with the new nozzle type, please don’t expect upgrade miracles. 
 

Print standing upright on its flat nozzle-side face. Use petg 0.2-0.3mm layer height. No supports required. 

Once printed. Replace stock fan duct

Add volcano nozzle, fit silicone sock after slightly trimming back the height of the nozzle opening - not too much!! 

You will need to adjust the probe in the holder upwards to set your new Z offset correctly - check YouTube for setting inductive probe height.
